Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inty ("Inty," "Inty AI," "Inty – AI Interior Redesign," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use the Inty website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service"). Inty is operated by the independent operator of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication information. This may include your email address, display name, user identifier, sign-in provider details, and related account status data.
- Content you provide (retained). This may include style selections, preferences, support messages, generated outputs, and related records associated with your use of the Service. These are stored in your account until you delete them or close your account.
- Room photos submitted for AI analysis (transient). When you use the redesign feature, your room photo is processed in memory to service your request. The original photo is not retained by Inty after processing and is not stored as part of your account history.
- Usage, device, and diagnostic information. This may include IP address, device and app details, browser or platform details, logs, crash data, request metadata, performance information, and information about how you interact with the Service.
- Purchase and subscription information. If you buy paid access, we may receive subscription status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and similar marketplace or billing metadata. Payment card details are typically handled by the marketplace or payment provider, not by us.
- Information from service providers and platforms. We may receive information from authentication, hosting, storage, support, analytics, security, payment, marketplace, and AI-processing providers that help us operate the Service.
2. How We Collect Information
- directly from you when you sign in, upload photos, select styles, use features, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Service;
- automatically through your use of the Service, device, browser, app, and network interactions;
- from third-party platforms and providers that support authentication, billing, hosting, storage, analytics, security, and operations.
3. How We Use Information
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users, manage accounts, and enforce access controls;
- process redesign requests, generate outputs, and keep your generated results and account history available in the Service;
- monitor usage, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse, and protect the Service, users, and third parties;
- manage subscriptions, purchases, credits, customer support, and service-related communications;
- comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
- hosting, cloud, storage, database, and infrastructure providers;
- authentication, app marketplace, payment, and subscription providers;
- AI, image processing, analytics, support, moderation, and security providers;
- professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and other parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, the Service, or other users;
- a buyer, investor, lender, acquirer, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
We do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under certain U.S. privacy laws.
Key service providers currently include: Google Gemini (Google LLC) — room photo analysis and design generation; Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, data storage, cloud infrastructure, and application security; RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription and purchase management.
A structural outline derived from your photo — designed to remove colors, textures, and fine visual detail from the original — may also be processed by additional third-party service providers to generate the final redesigned image. These providers receive only the structural outline, not your original photo.
All third-party service providers that process your data on our behalf are contractually required to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
5. AI Processing and Generated Content
The Service uses AI to analyze your room photos and generate redesigned versions.
When you use the redesign feature, your room photo is sent to Google Gemini (Google LLC) for analysis. Google Gemini generates a text description of the room layout. Only a structural outline derived from your photo — not the photo itself — is then used for image generation. Your original photo is processed in memory and is not stored by Inty or Google after processing.
Google Gemini processes your room photos solely as a data processor on our behalf and only for the purpose of providing the Service. Under the terms of the Google Gemini API, data submitted through the API is not used by Google to train or improve its generative AI models.
The structural outline — designed to remove colors, textures, and fine visual detail from the original photo — may be processed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf to generate the final image. These providers do not receive your original photo.
Generated outputs are stored in your account until you delete them or close your account. Cached copies may remain on your device until you remove the app.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type and use case.
- Account, authentication, and subscription records may remain while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Room photos submitted for AI generation are processed in server memory and deleted immediately after processing. They are not retained in our systems. Generated design results are stored on our servers until you delete them or close your account. Cached copies may remain on your device until you remove the app.
- Uploaded content, generated outputs, and related history may remain until deleted by you, removed through the Service where available, or deleted under our retention practices.
- Logs, diagnostics, security records, support records, backups, and aggregated operational records may remain for additional periods.
- Data stored locally on your device is controlled by your device, app, and account settings and may remain until removed from the device.
7. Deletion and Account Closure
When you delete your account or ask us to delete personal information, we will take commercially reasonable steps to delete or de-identify eligible information associated with your account, subject to legal, technical, security, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute, and recordkeeping limitations.
Deletion may not result in immediate removal from every system, including backups, logs, abuse-prevention systems, or aggregated operational analytics that do not practically support full retrospective removal.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information. To submit a request, email hello@intyai.app with enough information for us to verify your request.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app. You can also contact hello@intyai.app from the email associated with your account and request account deletion. Account deletion removes or de-identifies eligible account records, stored outputs, and related content, but it may not cause immediate removal from backups, logs, security systems, or aggregated operational records.
AI Processing Consent
When you use the redesign feature, your room photo is sent to Google Gemini (Google LLC) for analysis. You can review or revoke your AI processing consent in the app's privacy settings. If you revoke consent, Inty will stop processing new room photos for redesign until consent is granted again. Revoking consent does not automatically delete previously generated results; those can be deleted separately in the app or through account deletion.
Marketing and Service Messages
Inty primarily uses contact information for account, support, billing, and service-related communications. If we send optional marketing messages, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in the message where available.
For privacy-related questions, contact hello@intyai.app.
9. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact hello@intyai.app.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Service.
13. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to submit a privacy-related request, contact hello@intyai.app.
